Living Cities’ partnership with the Local Initiatives Support Corporation has helped to establish a shared vision for the revitalization of Minneapolis-St. Paul. Affordable housing and services are now being provided by the Minneapolis Consortium of Community Developers, Minneapolis Center for Neighborhoods, St. Paul Fund for Neighborhood Development, 14 CDCs, and local corporations, banks, and foundations.
