Living Cities’ partnership with the Local Initiatives Support Corporation has helped to establish a shared vision for Seattle’s revitalization. Affordable housing and services are now being provided by Impact Capital, Seattle Small Business Loan and Technical Assistance Center, SBAC, and 10 CDCs. Support also comes from the City of Seattle, Seattle Capital Fund, Seattle Community Development Collaborative, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Housing Development Consortium of Seattle-King County, and local corporations, banks, and foundations.
