Capacity-building fund for CDC property management

CDCs manage many of their own properties, but find it challenging. Bay Area LISC wants to provide technical assistance in property management to help CDCs perform better in this area.

Document the success of CDCs

For fundraising, media, and communications purposes, LISC will establish a database and data-collection protocol to continue to document the success of area CDCs.
