Enterprise has been approached by three local CDCs that are planning large housing projects but cannot pay rates currently offered for predevelopment loans. Enterprise seeks funds to lend at low interest rates.

Intake software for processing loans

Local CDCs need new software to manage the intake, processing, and servicing of the housing loans they make to clients. Enterprise would work with one CDC to develop software to share among all local CDCs.

Technical assistance for San Antonio Development Agency

The city's Development Agency was recently reorganized and given important powers to help development. Enterprise wishes to assist with technical help and funding.
