Living Cities’ partnership with the Enterprise Foundation has helped to establish a shared vision for Portland’s revitalization. Affordable housing and services are now being provided by the Community Development Network, Portland Neighborhood Development Support Collaborative, and 11 CDCs. Support also comes from the City of Portland, Oregon Community Development Collaborative, Oregon Home Utah Capacity Building Collaborative, Neighborhood Partnership Fund Training Consortium, and local corporations, banks, and foundations.
