Create the Phoenix Housing Partnership, based on the model of the New York City Housing Partnership (NYCHP)

Phoenix LISC is currently negotiating with the City of Phoenix, lenders, and private funders to create an entity that would build on its Homeownership Development Assistance Center to vastly expand the work of CDCs in housing development.

Support pilot Main Street program

Phoenix LISC and the City have established pilot Main Street programs in two neighborhoods, and LISC would like to expand to others.

Support a new Operating Support Program

Phoenix LISC and the Stardust Foundation are discussing the creation of a Arizona Family Housing Fund/LISC CDC Development Support Collaborative, designed as a five-year operating support program for four local CDCs.
