Public market project for Overtown and East Little Havana

Miami LISC has begun discussions with a private developer about redeveloping underutilized waterfront in these neighborhoods. Support is needed to explore the potential of this project.

Main Street Program in Overtown and East Little Havana

Commercial corridor redevelopment is essential to revitalizing these neighborhoods. LISC’s Main Street approach has proven successful in several other cities.

Asset mapping of Miami 's neighborhoods

Florida International University and Miami LISC are collaborating on an initiative to map the assets of key Miami neighborhoods. Asset mapping will help CDCs plan more strategically and will assist LISC in its advocacy of additional public resources.
