Charter School and Child Care Development Fund

CDCs in LA are increasingly engaged in childcare and charter school development. LA LISC and the local CDC trade association are negotiating with the LA Unified School District to develop a program in which CDCs would develop mixed-use (school/community facilities) projects in their neighborhoods. Predevelopment financing is needed to help CDCs assess feasibility.
