Support the Fall Creek Commons Commercial Project

With help from HUD and LISC, 300 homes have been developed in Fall Creek, creating new market opportunities for commercial development. A local CDC and a private developer have joined to develop a key gateway in the area.

New Operating Support Program for Economic Development

Commercial development is one of Mayor Peterson’s primary goals, and LISC has been working with CDCs to assess economic development potential. Now Indy LISC is proposing a formal program to support CDC economic development activity.
