Funds are needed to help Enterprise develop and implement a pilot project on how better to coordinate housing, particularly transitional housing, with employment programs.

Creation of a Local Equity Fund

Enterprise would use funds as challenge grants to boost investments in low-income housing by local corporations and philanthropies.
