Living Cities’ partnership with the Enterprise Foundation has helped to establish a shared vision for Dallas’s revitalization. Affordable housing and services are now being provided by the City of Dallas, the Texas Association of CDCs, the North Texas Community Development Association, seven CDCs, and local corporations, banks and foundations.
